How Much Does a Retractable Banner Cost?
A complete 33″ × 81″ retractable banner stand costs $149: the printed fabric graphic, the aluminum base, the pole and the carry bag, shipped free. A replacement graphic for a stand you already own is $79. There is no setup fee and a designer proofs the artwork before it prints.
What the $149 includes
The graphic is UV-printed on coated polyester fabric with a gray blockout layer behind it, so nothing shows through and it does not glare under show lighting the way vinyl does. It ships already installed in a compact aluminum base with two swing-out feet, plus a three-piece bungee pole and a padded carry bag. Setup is about thirty seconds with no tools.

If you own our stand and the message changes, order the graphic on its own for $79. Swapping it is a ten-minute job with a screwdriver. Many people find it easier to buy a second complete stand and keep the first as a spare.
More than one
Each stand is priced flat — two are $298, three are $447 — with the same artwork on every stand. One per spot you want to own: each side of a booth entrance, beside the registration table, in the lobby.
What it is not
Indoor. The graphic acts like a sail and the base is light enough to go over in a breeze, so for outside use a feather flag or a weighted A-frame. Single-sided: the back is plain gray blockout. For two directions, two stands back to back.

When another printer will cost you less
- You need a bigger or double-sided stand. We sell one size, single-sided. Trade-show suppliers carry 47″ wide and double-sided deluxe models.
- You are buying ten or more for a franchise. A promotional-products distributor will beat a flat per-stand price at that volume.
- It will live outdoors. Do not buy any retractable for that. A feather flag or an A-frame is built for wind.
