A black steel A-frame with a double-sided 24″ × 18″ coroplast sign. Set it on any sidewalk or corner, fold it flat, put it in the trunk. No stake, no ground needed.
Riders are where the changeable detail goes. Print the main sign once with your name and brand, then swap the rider for times, price changes or “Sold”.
A yard sign needs ground. An A-frame doesn't. It stands on concrete, asphalt, brick or grass, which is exactly what you need at the corner of a busy intersection, on a sidewalk outside a condo building, or in a parking lot where nothing can be driven in.
It also comes back up. A stake sign that gets knocked over stays down until someone fixes it. An A-frame is weighted by its own geometry and rights easily.
The economics agents actually care about
The frame is the durable part and the graphic is the disposable part. Buy the steel once, then order $39 replacement graphics whenever the listing, the phone number or the brokerage changes. Most agents end up with two to four frames that last years and a rotating set of signs.
Riders do the weekly work
Print your main sign with the things that don't change — your name, your brand, your number. Put everything that does change on a $15 rider: open house times, "Just Reduced", "Under Contract", "Sold". Swapping a rider takes ten seconds and costs a fraction of reprinting the whole sign.

Design that works from a moving car
The rule of thumb is one inch of letter height per 10 feet of viewing distance. A driver passing 40 feet away needs roughly 4-inch type, which on a 18″ × 24″ sign means your name, your number and very little else. Address, website, headshot, QR code and brokerage logo all competing on one panel is the most common mistake, and none of it registers at 30 mph.
Send your brokerage template
Most franchises specify exact logo placement, colors and type. Send us the template or a link to it and we'll build inside it. If you have nothing at all, send a business card photo and we'll lay it out free.
Does the price include the frame?
Yes. $119 gets you the steel A-frame, a double-sided printed 24″ × 18″ sign, grommets and zip ties, delivered free. The only things that cost extra are optional riders ($15) and the pennant flag ($25).
Can each side show different artwork?
Yes, and it is often the smarter choice. A directional A-frame at an intersection can point left on one face and right on the other. Send two files and note it in your order.
Will it blow over?
In ordinary weather, no — the frame is steel and low to the ground. In real wind, anything with a flat face will move. Lay a sandbag across the bottom crossbar for exposed corners, and bring signs in ahead of storms. Nothing at this price point survives a gale unattended.
Can I reuse the frame?
That is the point of the product. Frames last years. Order a $39 replacement graphic when the listing or your details change and keep the steel.
Am I allowed to put one on the sidewalk?
Check first. Many municipalities and most HOAs regulate portable signs on public sidewalks and right-of-ways, and some ban them outright or restrict them to weekends. A quick call to the township is cheaper than a fine.
How fast can I get them?
You get a proof within 2–4 business hours. Once you approve it, your order ships the next business day by free FedEx Ground shipping. Orders over 100 units add two business days.
Send Your Brokerage Template — We'll Do the Rest
Franchise template, a business card, or nothing at all. A real designer builds the layout, sends a proof, and nothing prints until you say go.
Tell us the business and what you want the sign to do. You'll get three wordings built around what actually reads at distance — not a paragraph nobody can take in at 30 mph.
