Signs for Real Estate

Real estate signs that get read from the car.

Open house A-frames, directional yard signs, riders and brokerage signs — priced so a new agent can order ten without asking the broker.

A designer proofs your artwork within 2–4 hours and nothing prints until you approve it.

What actually works at the curb

An open house lives or dies on the corners. The sign at the house tells people they found it; the two or three at the nearest intersections are what bring them there. Most agents under-order the directionals and over-design the main sign. The right move is the opposite: plain, huge lettering, an arrow, and enough of them to cover every turn from the main road.

A 18×24 coroplast sign with a steel step stake is the standard for a reason — it reads at 40 feet, takes thirty seconds to place, and survives a weekend of weather. For the driveway, an A-frame is the better tool: it stands on concrete, folds flat in the trunk, and takes a rider for "Sat & Sun 1–4" without reprinting the whole sign.

Everything here ships free by FedEx Ground, and you see a proof before anything prints. Brokerage logo, your headshot, a QR to the listing — send it in whatever form you have and we lay it out. Full real estate signage guide if you want the long version.

A typical first order

A new agent’s first order

Enough to run an open house properly, with spares for the next one.

10 directional yard signs, single-sided, stakes included$95
2 complete A-frames with double-sided graphics$219
2 "Open House" riders$30

Total, shipped$344

Reorders are cheaper than you think: the A-frame is reusable for years, so a new listing is a $39 replacement graphic, not a new $119 frame.

Questions we get from agents

Single- or double-sided directionals?
Single. A directional is read from one direction — the driver coming toward the turn. Double-sided costs $30 more per ten and the back faces nobody. Save double-sided for the A-frame at the property, where people approach from both ends of the street.
Can I put my headshot on the sign?
Yes, and it prints well at 18×24. Send the highest-resolution version you have — the one from your brokerage’s website is usually too small. If it’s all you have, send it anyway and we’ll tell you honestly whether it will hold up.
What size are real estate yard signs supposed to be?
24 inches wide by 18 inches tall is the industry standard, and it’s what we print. It fits standard H-stakes and frames, and it’s large enough for a name, a phone number and an arrow at road-legible sizes. More on sizing here.
How fast can I have signs for a weekend open house?
Order and approve your proof by Wednesday and FedEx Ground puts them at your door Friday in most of the country. Proofs come back within 2–4 business hours, so a Wednesday-morning order usually approves the same day.
