16pt, both sides, no asterisks
Most online printers quote a low number for 14pt single-sided and add the second side, the coating and the shipping at checkout. Ours is 16pt (thicker — you can feel it), printed on both sides, gloss or matte, shipped free. The price on the tile is what you pay.

Send a logo and what it should say, or a photo of the card you have now. A designer builds the front and back, sends a proof within 2–4 business hours, and nothing prints until you say so. Two rounds of changes included. Or describe it to the AI designer and start from three concepts.
Why the counts come out a little over
We print on large sheets and cut to size, and we send you everything that comes off the sheet rather than throwing the extras away. Order 100 business cards and you will usually get a few dozen more; order 500 postcards and expect a handful extra. Never fewer than you paid for.

What to send
Anything. A print-ready PDF is fastest; a logo and a few lines of text is fine; a photo of your current card works too. For a postcard, tell us what the back should do — a map, a coupon, an address block for mailing, or nothing.
Business cards: name, title, company, phone, email, website. Five lines max on the front; put services or a QR code on the back.
Postcards for mailing: the right 60% of the back is the address area; the bottom ⅝″ stays empty for the postal barcode. We lay it out to USPS rules.
Postcards as handouts (left-behinds, door-to-door, counter cards): use the whole back — a before/after photo and a phone number outperform paragraphs.
Print-ready files: PDF or JPEG, CMYK, 300 dpi, built to trim size with ⅛″ bleed on every edge, text ⅛″ inside trim. Outline fonts. We check and fix bleed/safe zones before anything prints.
Same logo as your signs and magnets? Say so in the notes and we pull the file from your last order.
How much do 500 business cards cost?
$49 for 500, printed full colour on both sides, with free design help, a proof before printing and free shipping in the price. That is about $0.10 a card. 100 are $29, 250 are $39, 1,000 are $69.
Why did I get more cards than I ordered?
Because we print on large sheets and cut them down, and we send you everything that comes off the sheet instead of throwing the extras away. Order 100 and you will usually get around 144; order 500 and you will usually get about 504. It is not a promotion and we cannot guarantee an exact overage — it is just how the maths of a sheet works.
Is 16pt actually thicker than what I get elsewhere?
Yes. 16pt is roughly 15% thicker than the 14pt most big online printers default to, and it is the difference between a card that feels like a receipt and one that feels like a card. Ours is 16pt at every quantity — there is no thin option and no upcharge for the thick one.
Do you charge extra to print the back?
No. Both sides are in every price. If you want the back left blank that is fine too, and it costs the same — so you may as well put your hours, your licence number or a QR code on it.
Can each of my crew have their own name on the card?
Each different card is its own design, so five names is five orders. Tell us what you need in the notes and we will lay them all out from one template so they match, and send you one proof covering the set.
How fast will I get them?
A designer sends a proof back within 2 to 4 business hours. Once you approve it the job goes into production the next business day and leaves on FedEx Priority Overnight, so most orders are in hand about three business days after approval. Those are estimates, not a guarantee — we will give you a real date with your proof.
What if I do not have artwork?
Send whatever you have — a logo, a photo of your old card, or just your name, trade and phone number typed into the notes. A designer lays it out, you approve a proof, and there is no design fee. Nothing prints until you say so.
