Construction Fence Banners

Construction fence banners that stay on the fence.

10 oz mesh with the wind blowing through it, hemmed, a brass grommet every two feet. 4×8 for $129, 6×10 for $199, shipped free by FedEx Ground with a proof before it prints.

A designer proofs your artwork within 2–4 hours and nothing prints until you approve it.

The fence is the billboard for the whole build

A construction fence stands in the open for months with every passing car looking at it. A solid vinyl banner on it is a sail: the first storm loads all sixteen grommets at once and the hem tears. Mesh is woven with about a third of its surface open, so the wind passes through and the banner just hangs there with the company name on it until the certificate of occupancy.

Three lines is the whole design. Who is building — the company name, largest. What it is — "Now Building 24 Townhomes", "Coming Spring 2027", "Future Home of". How to call — a phone number ten inches tall, because that is the line people actually use. A logo if you have one, big flat colour behind it, nothing fine; the weave swallows thin type.

Every banner is hemmed on all four sides with a brass grommet every two feet, UV printed for outdoors, proofed by a designer before it prints and shipped free by FedEx Ground, usually two business days. Hang it with a bag of zip ties from the truck. Larger than 6×10, pole pockets or a double-sided banner: email the measurements and we quote it.

Questions we get from builders and general contractors

What size banner fits a standard construction fence?
A standard chain-link construction fence is 6 feet tall, and a 4-foot banner is the right height for it — a foot of fence showing above and below, so the banner is never tied to the very top rail or the very bottom wire. 4×8 ($129) reads from the sidewalk or a slow street; 6×10 ($199) for a long run, a busy road or a site set back from the curb. The letter-height rule behind both.
Mesh or vinyl for a construction fence?
Mesh. A solid vinyl banner catches the wind and the finishing fails first; mesh lets about a third of the wind through and survives the season. Vinyl is the better buy on a wall or a storefront where wind is not the problem. Compared in one table.
How do I hang it?
Zip ties through every grommet, top corners first, then the bottom corners pulled down and out, then fill in. Two people, five minutes. On scaffolding, bungee ball ties stretch with the gusts. Use every grommet — skipped grommets are how banners tear. Step by step.
How long will it last on the fence?
A full season in full sun when it is hung by every grommet, often two. The print is UV rated and waterproof; what fails on cheap banners is the hem and the grommets, and ours are stitched and included. What wears a banner out.
Can I get the whole fence wrapped?
Not from us. Hundreds of feet of printed fence screen is a bulk-printer job priced by the roll and installed by a crew. We print the banner that carries your name and number; if you need the perimeter screened, a local fence contractor stocks plain screen and we will happily print the banners that go over it.
