How Much Do 500 Postcards Cost?
Five hundred custom 4″ × 6″ postcards cost $119 — $0.24 a card — on 16pt card stock, printed in full color on both sides. The price includes a designer proof, gloss or matte finish, and free FedEx Priority Overnight shipping. 500 of the larger 5″ × 7″ are $159.
What the price covers
Both sides. Every postcard we print is 4/4 — full color front and back — at the same price. There is no upcharge for printing the back, no upcharge for gloss over matte, and no setup fee. If your file is not print-ready a designer lays it out and emails you a proof before anything prints, at no charge.
The stock is 16pt coated cover: thick enough to feel like a card rather than a flyer, and the weight most direct-mail printers charge extra for. Cards are printed on large press sheets and cut down, and you receive everything that comes off the sheet, so counts run a little over, never under.
Cost per card at each quantity
4″ × 6″: $0.49 each at 100 ($49), $0.32 at 250 ($79), $0.24 at 500 ($119) and $0.19 at 1,000 ($189). 5″ × 7″: $59, $99, $159 and $259 at the same quantities. Above 1,000, email orders@signblastusa.com and we price it the same day.
Using them
Hand them out, leave a stack on the counter, tuck one into every door on the street around a job. A 4″ × 6″ card is within USPS postcard size if you want to stamp and address some yourself; a 5″ × 7″ is not. We print and ship the cards to you; we do not address or mail them. How fast
Proof in 2–4 business hours. Approve it and the job goes into production the next business day, then ships FedEx Priority Overnight anywhere in the US. Most orders are in hand about three business days after they are placed. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, so if you have a drop date tell us before you order.

When another printer will cost you less
- You need 5,000 or more. Gang-run web printers price high volumes lower than we do. Our ladder stops at 1,000; above that we quote, and we will tell you if someone else is cheaper.
- You want the printer to address and mail them. We ship the cards to you. A mail house or a printer with built-in mailing services is the right call if you do not want to handle postage yourself.
- You want the cheapest possible card. 14pt stock and single-side printing exist for a reason. If the card is going in a bag with a receipt, a thinner one from a volume printer will do.
