A car lot’s marketing problem is that the inventory is the ad, and the inventory is fifty feet from the road behind a fence. Feather flags fix the distance: a row of fourteen-foot flags along the frontage is visible from a quarter mile and moves, which the eye tracks. "SALE," "0% APR," "TRADE-INS WANTED" — one word or one number per flag.

The building itself takes a banner. A 3×6 on the showroom for the month’s event, swapped monthly, keeps the lot looking active. At $70 a banner, twelve a year is a rounding error against one extra unit sold.

The flags and bases are a one-time buy. From month two, a new banner is $70 and a replacement flag graphic (when a message changes) is $99 without new hardware.

Questions we get from dealers

How many flags along a frontage?
One every 8–12 feet reads as a row rather than a scatter. A 50-foot frontage takes four or five. Odd numbers photograph better if that matters to you. More on spacing.
Do the flags need a base on asphalt?
Yes. The included stake is for grass. On pavement use the cross base (+$29) or the cross base with water bag (+$35) on exposed lots. Every dealer who skips this buys it after the first windy Saturday.
Can I get single-sided flags that read correctly from the road?
A single-sided flag prints through, so the back reads mirrored. If the road only sees one side, order single-sided with the correct orientation and we set it so the readable side faces traffic. If both directions matter, double-sided is +$70 and reads correctly from both.
Can I reorder the same banner with a new month?
Yes — reply to your proof email or use the reorder form with the change. Your artwork is on file, so a text change is a same-day proof and no design work.
