• Under 30 ft of frontage: 2 flags, one either side of the entrance
• 30–60 ft: 3 flags — the most common storefront setup
• 60–100 ft: 4 to 5 flags spaced evenly along the frontage
• Highway or large lot frontage: 5 or more, spaced 15–20 ft apart so they read as a run at speed

Repetition is the point. A single flag reads as decoration; a row of three or four reads as a destination and creates motion that catches the eye from a moving car. That is why flags almost always sell in multiples.

Why buying several is cheaper than it looks

Picking the right base

This decision matters more than most people expect, and it is entirely about your surface.

• Grass or soft ground: the ground stake is included at no extra cost. A ball bearing lets the flag swivel with the wind.
• Concrete or asphalt: cross base +$29, or cross base with water bag +$35 for more hold.
• Exposed or windy hard surface: the 21.8 lb square steel base at +$35 is the most stable option.
• Indoors: cross base is fine.

Single or double sided

Standard print is single-sided print-thru: ink penetrates the mesh so the reverse reads mirrored. For most storefronts that is fine, because people approach from one direction. If your flags sit where traffic passes both ways, double-sided adds $70 and puts a silver blockout layer between two graphics so both faces read correctly.
