Signs for HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical

“Another satisfied customer” — with your number under it.

The sign you leave in the yard after a new furnace or a repipe is the one marketing spend your competitors will see and copy. Twenty-five with stakes for $219.

A designer proofs your artwork within 2–4 hours and nothing prints until you approve it.

Emergency calls come from neighbours who saw your name

When a water heater goes at 6 pm, people do not research. They call the name they remember — and the name they remember is the one on the sign in the yard three doors down, left there after you replaced that neighbour’s unit last spring. Service contractors who leave a sign after every install build a route the way landscapers do, one street at a time.

The sign should say your trade, your name and your phone number, and nothing else. Not the brands you carry, not your license number, not "family owned since." An 18×24 sign reads from a passing car at three lines of big text; a fourth line makes all four unreadable.

Ask the homeowner if you can leave it for two weeks (most say yes; the ones who did a big job often say "as long as you like"). Move it to the next install. A rotating stock of 25 covers a two-truck shop.

If one sign in one yard produces one $6,000 furnace install this year, this order paid for itself sixteen times over.

Questions we get from service contractors

What should a service contractor sign say?
Trade, name, phone. "HVAC · Kowalski Heating & Air · (555) 123-4567."That is a complete sign. If you must add a fourth element, make it "24-HR SERVICE" and nothing else. Our AI designer is told this rule.
How long can a sign stay in a customer’s yard?
That is between you and the customer, but two weeks is the norm and a month is common after a big install. Coroplast lasts a season or more, so the sign is not the constraint.
Can I put my license number on it?
You can, and some states require it on advertising. Put it small at the bottom — it is a legal line, not a selling line. Tell us the requirement and we set it at the minimum legible size so it does not compete with your phone number.
Will it match my truck wrap?
Send a photo of the truck. We pull the colours and fonts from it and match the sign, so the truck in the driveway and the sign in the yard look like the same company. That consistency is worth more than any single design choice.

Ready when you are, and nothing prints until you say so.

Describe the sign and our AI designer will draw three concepts in about 20 seconds — or send a logo and a person lays it out for you, free. Nothing prints until you approve a proof.
