Signs for Nonprofits & Fundraisers

Signage for a budget that has to be explained to a board.

Every dollar on the page is a dollar on the receipt — no setup fee, no design fee, no shipping line. And a proof before anything prints, so nothing is wasted.

A designer proofs your artwork within 2–4 hours and nothing prints until you approve it.

Look established without spending like it

Nonprofits are the customers who read the whole invoice, and rightly so. The trap with signage is not the price on the page; it is the setup fee, the artwork fee, the shipping calculated at checkout, and the "rush" charge because the gala is Saturday. None of those exist here. The price you see is the total, and it ships free by FedEx Ground.

The other trap is design. Most small nonprofits do not have a designer, and a volunteer’s PowerPoint slide printed at six feet wide looks like exactly that. Send us the logo, the event name and the sponsor list, and a designer builds the banner, the backdrop and the yard signs to match. You approve a proof. There is no charge for this.

For a fundraiser, the pieces that matter: yard signs in supporters’ lawns the month before (awareness), a step & repeat at the event (every photo carries the sponsors), and a tent if any of it is outdoors. For a donation drive or awareness campaign, yard signs alone do most of the work.

A typical first order

An annual charity gala

Awareness before, photos during, and nothing left over to explain.

25 yard signs for supporters’ lawns, stakes included$219
Step & repeat with sponsor logos, stand included$379
One 3×6 welcome banner$70
FedEx Ground shippingFree
Total, shipped$668

Next year, the stand and frame are already yours: a new backdrop graphic is $249 and the banner is $70 — year-two signage for the same event is $319, about half of year one.

Questions we get from nonprofit staff

Do you offer a nonprofit discount?
The honest answer: the listed price is already the price, and there is no separate rate. What we do instead is remove the fees that usually make up 20–30% of a signage invoice elsewhere — setup, design, shipping and rush are all zero. Compare totals, not line items.
Can we pay by check or get an invoice?
Card through Stripe is fastest. If your organisation needs an invoice, email orders@signblastusa.com, say so, and we will send a PDF quote and invoice. We can hold production until it is paid or, for established organisations, release on a PO.
Can you add sponsor logos to the backdrop?
Yes — send the logos in whatever format the sponsors gave you (usually a mix of good and terrible) and we will clean them up and lay them out in a repeating grid. Tell us the tier order if some sponsors should be larger.
Is the tent worth it for one event a year?
If it is truly one event a year, probably not — rent one. If the organisation does two or more outdoor events a year, the tent pays back in the second season and lasts ten. Most nonprofits who ask this question own one by year two.

Ready when you are, and nothing prints until you say so.
