Why small orders cost more per sign everywhere
It is worth understanding the maths, because it explains why most printers treat you badly for wanting ten. A 4x8 sheet of coroplast yields ten 24x18 signs. The press setup, the cut, the pack and the freight cost roughly the same whether you print one sheet or fifty. So on a ten-sign order those fixed costs land on ten signs instead of five hundred, and the per-sign number goes up. That is real, and anybody telling you otherwise is hiding the cost somewhere else.
What is not inevitable is the way that usually gets passed on: a low advertised price, then a setup fee, then an artwork fee, then shipping calculated at checkout on 18 pounds of plastic. A "$4.32 a sign" quote can land at over $90 for ten by the time it is a real total. Our number is 10 for $95, and $95 is what the card is charged.
We are honest about the other end of it. At 100 signs and up we are not the cheapest — Dirt Cheap Signs and the other bulk houses beat us there and we will tell you so rather than waste your afternoon. Car & Truck Magnets
A set of two, $75. Not a box of fifty. Most trades need exactly two, so that is the unit.
