Yard signs are typically at your door within about two business days of approving your proof. You get a digital proof within 2–4 hours of ordering, and once you approve it the signs print and ship by FedEx Ground shipping at no extra charge.

- Hour 0 — you order and upload artwork (or send a logo and we lay it out)
- Hour 2–4 — a digital proof lands in your inbox
- You approve it — nothing prints until you reply. This step is entirely down to how fast you check your email.
- Same or next production day — signs print and hand off to FedEx
- About two business days — free Ground shipping
The approval step is the one you control, and it is where most delays happen. If you order in the morning and reply to the proof promptly, signs typically ship that same day.
Why this is faster than most online printers
Most competitors advertise next-day production, which is not the same as next-day delivery. What can slow this down
- Slow proof approval. We will not print without it. If the proof sits unread overnight, you lose a day.
- Artwork that needs rebuilding. Low-resolution files or unusual formats take longer to lay out. Sending a print-ready PDF is the fastest path.
- Weekends and holidays. Ground shipping is a business-day service. An order placed Friday afternoon usually arrives Monday, not Saturday.
- Very large quantities. Orders well over 100 pieces can add production days.
