How Much Does a Custom 10x10 Tent Cost?
A custom printed 10′ × 10′ event tent costs $699 complete. That covers the aluminum frame, a full-color dye-sublimated canopy, stakes, ropes, a carry bag and free FedEx Ground shipping.
What $699 includes
A 40mm aluminum hex-tube frame with 1mm wall thickness, telescopic legs and staked foot plates. The canopy is 6 oz tent fabric (600×600 denier), dye-sublimated so the color is in the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, and waterproof coated. Print covers all four peaks and the valance edge to edge.
Assembled the tent is 120″ × 120″, adjustable from 124.5″ to 137″ tall. Frame and canopy together weigh about 51 lbs.
Other sizes
10′ × 15′ is $1,049 and 10′ × 20′ is $1,249, both complete. If you already own a frame you can buy the canopy alone: $439 for 10×10, $479 for 10×15, $639 for 10×20.
What most people add
Walls are the common upgrade and roughly double what a tent can do for you — they turn an open canopy into a branded booth with a backdrop. A full printed back wall is $279. Half walls, which have a top pole pocket and clamps included, are $209 single-sided or $349 double-sided. A set of four sandbags is $69 and a wheeled carry bag is $89.
A fully loaded 10×10 — tent, full back wall, two half walls, sandbags and wheeled bag — comes to roughly $1,500.
Worth knowing about lead time
Bare tents can run same-day if ordered early enough. Printed walls cannot be rushed the same day and add roughly a day to production. If your event is tight and you want walls, order earlier than you think you need to.

Before you buy a printed tent
- A blank tent is far cheaper. If you only need shade for one event, an unprinted pop-up from a big-box store costs a fraction of this. Printing is worth it when the tent is doing marketing work repeatedly.
- Walls add a production day. They cannot be same-day rushed. Factor that into a tight event date.
- Check your event's tent rules. Many markets and fairs specify weights rather than stakes on asphalt, or cap canopy height.
- The canopy is not machine washable. Hand wash with mild soap and a soft brush.
