When Should I Order Campaign Signs for November 3?
Order by Friday, October 23 to have campaign yard signs in hand comfortably before Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2026. A proof comes back within 2–4 business hours, the signs print the next business day after you approve it, and free FedEx Ground takes about two business days. Orders approved by Wednesday, October 28 will very likely still arrive in time.
From order to lawn
Day one: order and upload your artwork; the proof comes back within 2–4 business hours. Approve it the same day. Day two: the signs print. Days three and four: FedEx Ground, usually two business days, not guaranteed. If a facility is full, the job moves to another one and prints the next day, which can add a day.
Why earlier is better
Early and mail voting are open in many states for weeks before Election Day, so a sign that goes up the last weekend misses everyone who has already voted. And signs go missing: replacements ordered in the third week of October are cheaper, in every sense, than replacements ordered on November 1.
What slows an order down
A proof that waits for approval — the clock starts when you approve, not when you order. Artwork that has to be rebuilt. A second round of changes. An address that needs fixing. Approve the proof the day it arrives and none of these cost you a day.
