Schools order more kinds of signage than almost any other customer, and it all has to match. The registration yard signs in August, the fence banner for homecoming, the flags at the football entrance, the graduation signs every senior’s family wants — same colours, same mascot, same fonts. We keep your artwork on file so each order is a five-minute reorder, not a new project.

Graduation signs are the one every PTA underestimates. Families want them, they want them personalised, and they want them the week before the ceremony. Fifty "Class of 2026" signs at $7.98 each, sold to families for $15, funds the senior breakfast. Order in April.

For anything a booster club runs outdoors — concession stand, sign-in table, team tent at a tournament — a 10×10 canopy in school colours is the piece that makes it look organised. It is also, honestly, the piece parents photograph.

Sell the 50 signs to families at $15 each and the tent is paid for with change left over. Most PTAs order the signs in April and sell out by the first week of May.

Questions we get from school staff and PTAs

Can we personalise graduation signs with each student’s name?
Yes, as individual designs. The price is per sign count, so 50 signs with 50 names is still $399 — you send us the list and we lay them out. Allow an extra day for proofing when every sign is different, and expect us to ask you to double-check the spellings.
Do you need a purchase order?
We take card through Stripe on the site, which is fastest. If your district requires a PO and invoice, email orders@signblastusa.com, tell us, and we will send a PDF quote and invoice you can route through your business office.
Can you match our exact school colours?
Send us a Pantone number or a good photo of an existing item, and we will match as closely as digital print allows. The proof shows you the colour before printing; if it is off, say so and we adjust.
How far in advance should we order for graduation?
Four weeks is comfortable, two weeks is fine, one week is possible with same-day proof approval. Families start asking in April, so most PTAs order then and sell through May.
