13 oz scrim vinyl is the heavyweight standard — the same material used for billboards and building wraps. It's waterproof and UV safe, so it looks the same in month six as it did on day one. Lighter 8 oz banners save a few dollars and then fade and tear.

Every banner is UV printed edge to edge in full color. No color limits, no setup fee, no charge for a photo background.

What actually reads from a distance

  • One message. A banner is not a brochure.
  • Letters roughly 1″ tall per 10 ft of viewing distance
  • Hard contrast — dark on light or light on dark
  • Keep text 3″ in from the edges, clear of the grommets
  • Phone number or web address, not both
Are hems and grommets really included?
Yes, on every banner, at no charge. A lot of online printers quote a bare printed sheet and then charge for finishing. Ours arrives hemmed on all four sides with brass grommets in the corners and every 2 feet.
Can I hang it outdoors year-round?
Yes. 13 oz scrim vinyl is waterproof and UV safe. For a fence in a windy spot, ask for windslits — they let air through instead of turning the banner into a sail.
Can I get it double-sided?
Yes. Double-sided is a single-ply banner printed front and back, so it reads correctly from both directions. Send two separate artwork files. Note that velcro isn't available on double-sided banners.
What if I need pole pockets instead of grommets?
Just say so in the order notes. We offer pole pockets top, bottom or both, plus D-rings, webbing, rope and reinforced corners. Most cost a few dollars extra and we'll confirm before charging anything.
Will it arrive folded or rolled?
Banners 88″ and under on the short side ship rolled. Anything 89″ or larger ships folded. Fold creases relax on their own within a day of hanging.
How big can you print?
Single-sided goes up to 10 ft on the short side and 145 ft long. Larger than that we weld panels together. Double-sided maxes out at 9.5 ft on the short side.
How fast will I get it?
Digital proof within 2–4 hours. Once you approve it we print and ship the next business day via free FedEx Ground shipping, so you have it about 3 business days after you approve.
