Your artwork prints across all four peaks and all four valance panels, seam to seam. That's the difference from a plain white rental with a vinyl sticker on it — people read your name from across the lot, not from three feet away.

The frame is 40mm aluminum hex tube with 1mm walls. Steel-framed tents bend and buckle after a season of setups; aluminum hex doesn't, and it's light enough for one person to carry.

Can I put full walls on all four sides?

Yes. Full walls attach with velcro loops that wrap the frame and legs, so they work on any side. On a 10×10 you can run all four. On a 10×15 or 10×20 you can run up to two short-side walls plus two long-side walls.

Can each side of the canopy have different artwork?

Yes. The canopy has four peak panels and four valance panels and you can send different artwork for each side. Label your files A, B, C, D and tell us which is which in the order notes.

How do I clean the graphics?

Hand wash only — soft brush, mild soap, warm water. Never machine wash tent graphics. Let them dry fully before packing them away or you'll get mildew.

Can I leave the canopy on while I collapse the frame?

We don't recommend it. Take the canopy off first — leaving it on stresses the seams and shortens the life of the graphic.

What fits in the carry bag?

The graphics compartment holds either one canopy top, or one full wall plus two half walls. For a fully loaded booth get the rolling bag — a 10×20 package is 80 lbs.

Do I need weight bags?

On pavement, yes — and most markets and festivals require them in writing. Stakes only work on grass or dirt. A set of four is $69 and each holds 50 lbs of sand, which you fill on site.

Single-sided or double-sided walls?

Full walls are single-sided only. Half walls can be either. Double-sided is worth it when people stand on both sides — the inside face is prime space for a menu, price list or QR code.

How fast will I get it?

Digital proof within 2–4 hours. After you approve, we print and ship the next business day via free FedEx Ground shipping from whichever of our California, Texas or Pennsylvania facilities is closest. Most orders arrive in 3 business days. Wall orders add one day.

What if my artwork isn't print-ready?

Send whatever you have — a logo, a business card, even a phone photo of your old sign. Our designers lay it out free and send a proof to approve. No design fee, no setup fee, ever.

What a printed 10×10 tent actually costs

Custom canopy pricing is confusing on purpose. The number in the advert is almost always the cheapest frame carrying a logo on a solid colour — not a canopy printed edge to edge — and the frame under it is usually a lighter grade than the one you want for a season of setups.

So here is the market, configured like for like. We priced Vispronet’s 10×10 on 9 September 2026 through every combination of frame and print:
