Thirty seconds, no tools

Swing the feet out, join the pole, pull the graphic up and hook it on. That is the whole setup, and it is why every trade show floor is lined with these. When the show is over the graphic rolls back into the base and the base goes in the bag.

The graphic is UV-printed on coated polyester fabric with a gray blockout layer behind it. The edges stay flat instead of curling like vinyl does after a few months rolled up, and the matte surface does not glare under show lighting.

Designing for a stand

It is read by people walking past at six to fifteen feet. Headline in the top third — that is eye level when the stand is up.
Three to five lines total. Name, what you do, one reason to stop, how to reach you.
Logo and contact details low, but above the bottom 3″ that disappears into the base.
A QR code works well here — make it at least 4″ square and put it three to four feet off the floor.
Strong contrast. Show lighting is unkind to pale type on pale backgrounds.

Thirty seconds, one person, no tools.

Swing both feet out from under the base and set it on the floor where you want it.

Join the three pole sections — the bungee cord pulls them together — and seat the pole in the socket at the back of the base.

Hold the top rail and pull the graphic straight up, keeping it square to the base.

Hook the rail onto the top of the pole. Done. To pack up, unhook and let it retract slowly with both hands.

If the graphic looks wavy

It was retracted too fast at some point and picked up a crease, or the pole is not fully seated so the rail sits crooked. Reseat the pole first. Fabric relaxes after an hour standing; vinyl would not.

Is it single or double sided?

Single sided. The gray blockout backing means nothing shows through from behind, but there is no print on the back. If you need to be read from both directions, two stands set back to back is the usual answer — same artwork, so just set the quantity to 2.

Can I use it outdoors?

It is an indoor product. A covered doorway on a still day is about the limit — the graphic acts like a sail and the base is light enough to go over. For outside, a feather flag or an A-frame is built for it.

How much of the graphic is actually visible?

Roughly 33″ wide by 78″ tall. The top inch sits under the rail that clips to the pole and the bottom three inches stay inside the base when the stand is fully extended. Our template marks both bands; keep anything that matters out of them.

Can I change the graphic later?

Yes. Order Graphic Only at $79 and keep the stand. Swapping the insert is a ten-minute job with a screwdriver and some patience — the old graphic is taped to the roller inside the base. Plenty of people find it easier to buy a second complete stand at $149 and keep the first as a spare for the next event.

Will it glare under show lighting?

Much less than vinyl. The fabric has a soft, low-sheen surface, so overhead halogens and phone flashes do not bounce off it. That is the main reason we print on fabric rather than the 13 oz vinyl some shops use.

How does it travel?

Everything — base, pole and graphic — packs into the included carry bag, which is a little over three feet long. It fits across a back seat or in an overhead bin. Retract it slowly with two hands when you take it down; letting it snap back is how graphics get creased.

How many should I order?

One per spot you want to own: each side of a booth entrance, beside the registration table, in the lobby by the elevator. Same artwork on every stand, priced per stand — set the quantity and the total is simply $149 times the number.
