Signage is the difference between a gathering and an event

Walk any festival and you can tell which vendors have done it before: they have a printed canopy, not a blue tarp. It is the single piece that makes a booth look established, and it is the one everyone photographs — which means the logo travels. A 10×10 with a full-colour canopy is $699 complete, and it will do fifty events.

For organisers, the step & repeat backdrop is the piece that does the most work per dollar. Every photo taken in front of it carries your sponsors’ logos into everyone’s feed. $379 with a stand that adjusts from 6 to 10 feet wide, in a bag you can carry in one hand.

Everything except the directionals is reusable next year with a new date on the backdrop ($249 graphic only). Year two costs a quarter of year one.

Questions we get from event organisers

How long does a printed tent take?

Canopy-only orders ship in about three business days after proof approval; adding printed walls adds roughly a day and cannot be same-day rushed. Build in a week and you are comfortable. Tent buyer’s guide.

Is the step & repeat stand included?

At $379, yes — the graphic, the adjustable aluminium stand and a carry bag. If you already own a stand, the graphic alone is $249. Sizing details.

Can sponsors’ logos be added to everything?

Yes. Send the sponsor lockup once and tell us which pieces it goes on. The backdrop is the obvious one; a sponsor strip along the bottom of the tent valance and the banner is common and easy.

What weighs the tent down on pavement?

The tent ships with stakes and ropes for grass. On pavement you need sandbags — a set of four is $69 — and most event permits require them. Order them with the tent so they ship together.
