Shipping & Delivery
Free on every order, every product, every quantity. The clock starts when you approve your proof, not when you pay.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, on every order, every product and every quantity, to all 50 states. There is no minimum order to qualify and no surcharge at checkout. The shipping cost is already inside the price you see on the product page.
How fast will my order arrive?
A designer emails you a proof within 2 to 4 business hours. Nothing prints until you approve it. After approval, production starts the next business day, and FedEx Ground from the nearest of our three warehouses is usually two business days in transit, so most orders are in hand about three business days after approval. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Is it guaranteed 2-day shipping?
No, and we would rather say so than let you plan around it. We ship FedEx Ground, which from a warehouse in your region is usually two business days. It is not FedEx 2Day, and we do not sell a guaranteed date. If you have a hard deadline, put it in the order notes and approve the proof the same day. Tell us and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
What if the nearest warehouse cannot take my order?
It moves to one of the other two and prints there the next business day. You may see one extra day in transit because the box travels further. This is uncommon, but it is how we keep shipping free and production moving when one facility is full; we do not hold your order in a queue waiting for the closest plant.
Which carrier do you use?
Signs, banners, magnets, A-frames, flags, tents and backdrops ship FedEx Ground from the nearest of our three warehouses. That is usually two business days in transit, but it is Ground, not a guaranteed 2-day service. Postcards and business cards ship FedEx Priority Overnight, because paper is printed at a different plant that runs its own service. Both are free.
Why do postcards and business cards ship differently?
They are printed on a different press at a different facility from the signs. That plant ships Priority Overnight as standard, which means the transit time is the same whether you are in New Jersey or Oregon rather than being slower the further you are from the press.
When does the clock actually start?
At proof approval. This is the part people get caught by: if you order on Monday and approve the proof on Thursday, production starts Friday. If you have a hard deadline, tell us in the order notes and approve the proof quickly — those two things matter far more than the shipping service does.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We ship to all 50 US states only. Free shipping and every delivery estimate on the site refers to domestic shipments.
Can I use my own FedEx or UPS account?
Not through the website checkout. Email orders@signblastusa.com before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth doing for your job — for most orders it is not, because the shipping is already included.
What if it arrives late?
Weather, customs, an incorrect address, a failed delivery attempt and general carrier delays are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund. If the delay was caused by something we did, that is on us and we will fix it. Email us with your order number.
Will you tell me when it ships?
Yes. You get an email with tracking when the order leaves, and you can check status any time at signblastusa.com/track using your order reference and email address.
